Samsung Galaxy S3 / Kies / Hardware ID Missing Message - Microsoft Community I have two computers, one running Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit and one running 64-bit. I only get the problem when connecting the Galaxy S3 to the 64-bit machine. It works fine on the 32-bit computer so I think its possible it could be the 64-bit drivers.
