濟南鮮湯包 Jinan Fresh Dumplings has some of the best dumplings in Taipei. Personally, I think they're better than Din Tai Fung. Dumplings aren't the extent of their deliciousness, as their whole menu is excellent, especially the roll-ups and black sesame dess
